D'autres types de stress peuvent d\u00e9couler d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements plus intenses tels que la n\u00e9gligence ou les traumatismes subis dans l'enfance, les accidents graves, les divorces, les pertes inattendues ou les maladies chroniques.<\/p>\n<p>Une production excessive de cortisol sur une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e peut entra\u00eener des r\u00e9actions automatiques n\u00e9gatives au stress, telles qu'une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 accrue, une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des pens\u00e9es et des d\u00e9cisions impulsives ou irrationnelles. Elle peut \u00e9galement avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire, notre sant\u00e9 cardiaque et le fonctionnement de notre cerveau.<\/p>\n<p>La bonne nouvelle, c'est que nous pouvons contr\u00f4ler notre r\u00e9action au stress en adoptant les bonnes pratiques !
