Ce type de stress n\u00e9gatif se produit de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e et peut durer de quelques minutes \u00e0 quelques heures, en fonction de la mani\u00e8re dont vous y faites face sur le plan \u00e9motionnel. Le stress aigu \u00e9pisodique peut \u00eatre caus\u00e9 par un certain nombre de situations, telles que l'instabilit\u00e9 professionnelle, les blessures physiques, le surengagement, le chagrin et le deuil, la violence domestique (qui est souvent une combinaison d'abus \u00e9motionnels, psychologiques et physiques) et les troubles mentaux tels que la bipolarit\u00e9 ou la schizophr\u00e9nie.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Exemples de sympt\u00f4mes<\/h3>\n<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes physiques sont les suivants : Tension musculaire, changements dans les habitudes de sommeil, acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du rythme cardiaque, maux de t\u00eate, douleurs ou g\u00eane \u00e0 l'estomac et fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes \u00e9motionnels sont les suivants : Anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, perte d'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les choses que vous aimiez, col\u00e8re ou irritabilit\u00e9, confusion et oublis.<\/p>\n<h3>Traitements et pr\u00e9vention<\/h3>\n<p>Des exercices de respiration profonde, la m\u00e9ditation, de bonnes habitudes de sommeil, des moments de d\u00e9tente et de r\u00e9flexion dans la journ\u00e9e, une alimentation saine et un programme d'exercices physiques sont autant de moyens de traiter et de pr\u00e9venir le stress aigu \u00e9pisodique.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les techniques de relaxation, il existe plusieurs types de th\u00e9rapies et d'aide professionnelle.
